- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Certain items are non-refundable, including:
- Pet food, treats, and consumable products (for safety and hygiene reasons).
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Clearance or final sale items.
2. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order at support@fluffure.com. Include your order number, a description of the item, and the reason for the refund.
- Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval status within 3 business days.
3. Return Shipping
- Once your refund is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. FLUFFURE is not responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please request a refund and place a new order.
- In case of receiving a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item.
- We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
